Whether thread chains, tapes, trims or textile connectors – this compact, pneumatic cutter ensures clean, reliable cuts immediately after each sewing cycle – efficiently, powerfully, and with minimal material waste.
Thanks to its slim and robust design, the WA-1102 is typically mounted behind the presser foot and integrates seamlessly into existing production lines. Its pneumatic drive offers high cutting power in a compact form – ideal for high-volume, industrial environments.
An integrated finger guard with air-blast function provides added safety while supporting smooth material flow between the blades – especially helpful when working with lightweight or delicate materials.
Flexible Control – Tailored to Your Production Setup
The pneumatic cylinder can be actuated manually via a knee switch mounted under the sewing table, or automatically via a 5/2-way solenoid valve controlled by the sewing machine’s control unit.
The air-blast function can also be controlled manually via a linkage valve between the foot pedal and motor, or optionally via a 2/2-way solenoid valve connected to the machine control system.

The cutter is designed to be low-maintenance, with a lifetime-lubricated pneumatic cylinder.
